Day 2 - we’ve had a busy first full day with a wide range of activities taking place. There have been some excellent teamwork skills on show at Jacob’s Ladder as over half the class made it to the top - which almost always requires a helping hand from a friend. Some of us have had a bird’s eye view of the coast on the Zip Wire; others have had the adrenaline rush of Giant Swing. Groups have also taken part fencing, rifle shooting and snap shot!

We’re currently at our evening activity and will be heading to bed shortly after that to ensure we are ready for another action-packed day tomorrow! 😀

Day 3 - Today we have conquered the Abseiling Tower! There have been lots of fears overcome and we are very proud of their resilience. Some of us have also had Giant Swing and Zip Wire. We’ve also had a couple of activities as a class where we’ve had our general knowledge and orienteering skills put to the test! This evening, we’ve been competing in Wacky Races, where we’ve seen some outstanding acting, skills and teamwork.

Day 4 - our last full day has started with Splash! The class have been competing to win equipment to protect a water balloon; the prize for preventing it from bursting was a shot at soaking Mr Jenkins! The rest of the day will involve a beach walk, a sensory trail and trapeze, rounded off with a disco for the final evening away!

Our final evening means only one thing… the disco! Everyone’s dressed up and ready for the Macarena, Cotton Eye Joe and the YMCA 💃🕺 
 

We will be finishing our week with Dragon Boating 🛶 tomorrow morning before heading back to Whiteparish.
